Step 3 – Stop Eating Until You Are Full at the Table

Make occasional mild hunger your friend. Using your hunger to precisely eat the right amount of food at the right time will work better than counting calories or taking portion and food recommendations from others.

Wait for it... satiety or feeling satisfied from eating is on a 30-minute delay.
  • If you eat until you “feel full” at the table, you will always overeat.
  • If you feel hungry after 30 minutes, eat more. If you feel full before 30 minutes, eat less.
  • Learn to prepare just the right amount of food so that you feel full 30 minutes after you stop eating.
