Governing Law
Use of Nutrimatters.org shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of North Carolina, USA. The User irrevocably agrees that any legal action or proceedings brought by or against them with respect to the use of Nutrimatters.org shall be brought in the District Court of Raleigh, NC, USA, in the first instance, and the Parties hereby agree to submit to such jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
Neither Nutrimatters.org nor the User shall be responsible for failure to fulfill any obligations under this Terms of Service due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
General
This Terms of Use, together with any communications or instructions between the Parties, supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof. No addition to, or modification of, this Terms of Service shall be binding upon the Parties unless a) made in writing expressly stated to amend the terms hereof and signed by a duly authorized representative of each of the Parties, or b) the changes are updated with or without prior notice on Nutrimatters herein Terms of Service, and the User continues to use Nutrimatters.org after the update. Nothing contained in any communication shall in any way modify or add to the terms of this Terms of Service. The parties have required that these Terms of Service and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.
